Due to health and safety precautions, you cannot exchange face masks or socks.

Online exchanges are not accepted for items purchased internationally.

Within 30 days of your purchase you can exchange your merchandise for item(s) of equal or lesser value with the remainder balance, if applicable given as a store credit.

Gift card purchases are final. Gift cards and store credits cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

When will my order ship?

We process our orders fast! All orders with in-stock and available inventory should arrive within 3-5 business days upon confirmation of shipment. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, please wait up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Can I send my order to a P.O Box address?

Yes you can! Feel free to use a P.O. Box for your shipping address, but please remember we only provide Standard shipping to PO Boxes.

Will Shopitude ship anywhere?
